Welcome to my notebook.

I encourage all students to get a three-ring binder to keep notes in from the class. This website is my three-ring binder. I leave it open for any student to access but students should still keep a binder of their own.

Feel free to print out pages from this website and insert them in your notebook. Make notes on the pages to help make the techniques and forms more clear in your mind. The notes here are pretty skeletal as I continue to add to it. When I have the skeleton done, I will add more detail. This website, like our living art, is a work in progress and will continue to evolve for as long as I study martial arts.
